Human Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-0201-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-0201-YC-S(P))
This product is a scFv fragment antibody binding to human programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as CD274). This antibody product has a similar binding affinity to human and monkey PD-L1, but not to mouse PD-L1. This human PD-L1 antibody could block the PD-1 binding to PD-L1. It also has been tested to be able to enhance the proliferation of T cells and increase the secretion of cytokines such as IL-2 and IFNγ. With good tolerability and a high anti-tumor activity in animal models, this scFv fragment antibody could be widely applied in cancer research.
