Anti-Human CD274 Recombinant Antibody (B50-6) (CAT#: TAB-0999CL)
This human monoclonal antibody recognizing PD-L1 was screened by the yeast display technology. The binding affinity of this antibody was tested by SPR with a good result. It specifically binds to PD-L1 with an EC₅₀ value of 28 μg/ml in the binding kinetics detection SPR assay. In the competitive ELISA assay detecting the blocking ability of this antibody, it got an IC₅₀ value of 0.6 μg/ml. This human/mouse antibody could be constructed and produced in Fab or scFv formats and purified by affinity chromatography with a purity higher than 95%.
