Mouse Anti-CD33 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-122LC) (CAT#: TAB-122LC)
This is a recombinant Mouse antibody that targets Cluster of differentiation 33. The TAB-122LC (used for constructing BC269) binds to 64% of activated T cells, whereas HIM3-4 (used for constructing BC275) only binds to 14% of activated T cells. Consequently, BC275 should result in less T cell fratricide compared to BC269.
