Mouse Anti-CD33 scFv-Fc Chimera (VS-0425-FY84) (CAT#: VS-0425-FY84)
CD33 is a cell surface molecule expressed on myeloid cells and is a common target in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). This scFv-Fc construct targets CD33 and is designed to enhance the specificity of antileukemia therapies.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Sialic-acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin (Siglec) that plays a role in mediating cell-cell interactions and in maintaining immune cells in a resting state.
Preferentially recognizes and binds alpha-2,3- and more avidly alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid-bearing glycans.
Upon engagement of ligands such as C1q or syalylated glycoproteins, two immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs (ITIMs) located in CD33 cytoplasmic tail are phosphorylated by Src-like kinases such as LCK.
