Afuco™ Anti-Human IL2RA ADCC Recombinant Antibody, ADCC Enhanced (AFC-407CL) (CAT#: AFC-407CL)
Anti-IL2RA ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. This anitbody specifically targets the TAC antigen and strongly inhibits IL-2 binding to the IL-2R and antigen-induced T cell proliferation. It is used for the treatment of acute renal transplant rejection and has been in development for the treatment of T cell leukemia, multiple sclerosis, graft-versus-host disease, ulcerative colitis, uveitis and asthma.
