CBD scaffold protein anti-Bovine Alkaline phosphatase (CAT#: SCB-L050)
The CBD that bound Alkaline phosphatase was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. CBD is a member of the knottin family which is a kind of small, disulphide-bonded proteins that bind with high specificity to their target molecules. After affinity maturation, CBD variants were identified having affinities (KD=10 μM) for Alkaline phosphatase as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
