PE-A*01:01/Human ANLN (GSEDRDLLY) MHC Tetramer

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human ANLN of peptide GSEDRDLLY covering 663-671 and A*01:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes an actin-binding protein that plays a role in cell growth and migration, and in cytokinesis. The encoded protein is thought to regulate actin cytoskeletal dynamics in podocytes, components of the glomerulus. Mutations in this gene are associated with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis 8.
