DrugMonitor™ Anti-AB-201 Antibody (VS-1224-YC3) (CAT#: VS-1224-YC3)
AB-201 is a CAR-NK cell therapy that targets the HER2 antigen and is being explored for the treatment of HER2-positive cancers, such as breast and gastric carcinomas. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-AB-201 Antibody (VS-1224-YC3) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against AB-201. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the AB-201. The anti-AB-201 antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the AB-201 in samples.
