AO-176 specifically binds to CD47 on various human cancer cells while reducing its affinity for CD47 on normal cells. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-AO-176 Antibody (VS-1224-YC101) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against AO-176. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the AO-176. The anti-AO-176 antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the AO-176 in samples.
