Human Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody (clone JS003) (CAT#: VS-0824-CJ13)
This antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody that specifically targets PD-L1 (CD274). JS003 can induce PD-L1 internalization with a measured EC₅₀ of 0.42 nM. It has a high binding affinity of 2.88 pM, as determined by SPR analysis.
