Human Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody (clone H1B12+L5A10); scFv Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-M0297-YC-S(P))
This product is a scFv fragment of an antagonism PDL1 monoclonal antibody. Its full-length antibody has a high affinity binding to PD-L1 with the KD value of 1.5 nM as tested by SPR, a good sensitivity with an EC₅₀ value of 0.25 nM tested by ELISA, and a good inhibiting ability with an IC₅₀ value of 8 nM. It could be used in immunoassays and PD-L1 related immunotherapy research.
