This is a rat agonistic antibody that specifically recognizes mouse Cd40 (CD40 antigen). The original rat IgG2a antibody was raised against the mouse CD40 fusion protein. It has been reported for use in Flow cytometry, Western Blot, Functional Assay, Activation assay and Agonist assay.
