Mouse Anti-CD44 Recombinant Antibody (clone HI44a); Fab Fragment (CAT#: HPAB-0047-YJ-F(E))
This product is a recombinant mouse Fab that recognizes human CD44. CD44 is a cell surface antigen that expresses on leukemia blasts from most acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. Mab HI44a effectively induces both differentiation and apoptosis of AML cells and suggest that this activity of the anti-CD44 antibody may be associated with its inhibitory effect on c-myc transcript expression. It can be used in the treatment of leukemia.
