Cerliponase alfa is a hydrolytic lysosomal N-terminal tripeptidyl peptidase-1 (TPP1), marking the first approved treatment for neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis type 2 (CLN2), also known as TPP1 deficiency. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Cerliponase alfa Antibody (VS-1224-YC270) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Cerliponase alfa. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Cerliponase alfa. The anti-Cerliponase alfa antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Cerliponase alfa in samples.
