EW-A-401 is a plasmid DNA instructing the production of a genetically-engineered transcription factor that increases VEGF-A gene expression and promotes new blood vessel growth. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-EW-A-401 Antibody (VS-1224-YC1470) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against EW-A-401. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the EW-A-401. The anti-EW-A-401 antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the EW-A-401 in samples.
