Glial growth factor 2 is a soluble neuregulin that increases Schwann cell motility and promotes neurite outgrowth, studied for treating heart failure. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Glial growth factor 2 Antibody (VS-1224-YC526) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Glial growth factor 2. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Glial growth factor 2. The anti-Glial growth factor 2 antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Glial growth factor 2 in samples.
