Recombinant Anti-Glycoprotein B Soluble TCR (Clone 3) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF973)
TCR (Clone 3) recognizes Glycoprotein B peptide (SSIEFARL) in the context of H-2Kb. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant soluble TCR (Clone 3). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
