Ketotifen serves as a histamine H1 receptor antagonist and mast cell stabilizer, treating mild atopic asthma and allergic conjunctivitis. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Ketotifen Antibody (VS-0125-YC1212), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Ketotifen. The ADA was raised in Balb/c mice immunized with Ketotifen conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. As a drug-based antibody, it also serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Ketotifen drug concentrations in various samples.
