Konjac mannan, also termed glucomannan, is a soluble dietary fiber extracted from the tubers of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac). This polysaccharide includes glucose and mannose units linked together. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Konjac mannan Antibody (VS-0125-YC1214), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Konjac mannan. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Konjac mannan conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays.
