Mericitabine is a polymerase inhibitor developed for chronic hepatitis C treatment, acting as a prodrug of PSI-6130, a pyrimidine nucleoside analog inhibiting HCV RNA polymerase necessary for viral replication. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Mericitabine Antibody (VS-0125-YC1349), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Mericitabine.
