DrugMonitor™ Rabbit Anti-Vatalanib Antibody (VS-0125-YC2004) (CAT#: VS-0125-YC2004)
Vatalanib is an antiangiogenic molecule under investigation for solid tumor treatment by inhibiting VEGF receptors. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Vatalanib Antibody (VS-0125-YC2004), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Vatalanib. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Vatalanib conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Vatalanib drug concentrations in various samples.
