Anti-CD70 (h1F6)-vc-rachelmycin ADC (CAT#: ADC-073LCT)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD70 antibody (clone h1F6) conjuagated via a vc linker to CC-1065 (rachelmycin) (h1F6-vc-CC-1065). It has demonstrated a response in Advanced/recurrent clear cell renal cell carcinoma or relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of DNA minor groove alkylator.

- CC-1065 is a kind of natural DNA alkylators and can be used as anti-tumor therapic agent because it can bind tightly to the minor groove of DNA and then react covalently with adenine bases.

- Introduction
- The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. This cytokine is a ligand for TNFRSF27/CD27. It is a surface antigen on activated, but not on resting, T and B lymphocytes. It induces proliferation of costimulated T cells, enhances the generation of cytolytic T cells, and contributes to T cell activation. This cytokine is also reported to play a role in regulating B-cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin sythesis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
