Human TCR (TCR004) recognizes esxB peptide (TAAQAAVVRFQEAAN) in the context of HLA-DQA1*01:02. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (TCR004). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
