Human TCR (H3.7) recognizes Insulin precursor peptide (AGSLQPLAL) in the context of HLA-DQ8. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (H3.7). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
