Human TCR (1486) recognizes Matrix protein 1 peptide (GILGFVFTL) in the context of H-2Kd. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (1486). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
