Recombinant Human Anti-MMP19 Soluble TCR (Ob2F3) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1292)
Human TCR (Ob2F3) recognizes MMP19 peptide (RTQRIHFFKGDKVW) in the context of HLA-DRB1. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (Ob2F3). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
