Mouse TCR (548) recognizes M38 protein peptide (SSPPMFRV) in the context of H-2 Kb. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references.
