Recombinant Mouse Anti-Mobp Soluble TCR (2D2) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3272)
Mouse TCR (2D2) recognizes Mobp peptide (MEVGWYRSPFSRVVHLVRNGK) in the context of H2 class II. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
