Mouse TCR (1806) recognizes PB1 peptide (SSYRRPVGI) in the context of H2-Kᵇ. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
