Recombinant Mouse Anti-PB1 Soluble TCR (2804) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2118)
Mouse TCR (2804) recognizes PB1 peptide (SSYRRPVGI) in the context of H2-Kᵇ. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (2804). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
