The Recombinant Anti-SEMA4B Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC123) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to SEMA4B-expressed cells or tissues. The SEMA4B is Semaphorin 4B, a protein-coding gene involved in apoptotic pathways in synovial fibroblasts and PAK pathways. It is important in receptor activity and related pathways, with SEMA4A as an important paralog.
