The Sonication Cell and Nuclear Lysis Buffers are precisely formulated reagents essential for efficient cell and tissue harvesting, as well as chromatin preparation in sonication-based chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays. These buffers are designed for seamless integration with the Plus Sonication Chromatin IP Kit protocol. This convenient product provides additional quantities of both the ChIP Sonication Cell Lysis Buffer (2X, 21 ml) and ChIP Sonication Nuclear Lysis Buffer (21 ml), ensuring ample supply for your experimental needs. For optimal stability and performance, both buffers should be stored at 4°C, where they remain effective for 12 months from the date of receipt.
