Anthrax LF
Anthrax toxin is a key virulence factor of anthrax, the chemical composition of three proteins: protective antigen (PA), lethal factor (LF) and edema factor (EF). LF or EF alone without toxicity, PA-LF complexes were formed after the PA and LF binding, called lethal toxin (Lethal Toxin, LeTx).
