This product is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment that recognizes PD-L1 (PD-1 ligand, also known as B7H1 / CD274). The Fab antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The product could be used the detection of PD-L1 in immunoassays and cancer immunotherapeutic studies.
