This Fab fragment (VH+VL) was from a human antibody that specifically recognizes ITGA6B4 complex expressed on a cell membrane. The antibody inhibits the adhesion of the ITGA6B4 complex to laminin. The Fab antibody fragment is recommended for ELISA, Immunoprecipitation. The antibody can be used in the desease research including Acute myeloid leukemia.
