Human Anti-M1' Recombinant Antibody (clone 47H4); Fab Fragment (CAT#: PFBW-157)
The antibody is a recombinant Fab fragment form humanized antibody (47H4) binding to M1 prime-derived peptide. This M1'-specific antibody 47H4 binds to Daudi B cell transfectants that express membrane IgE with M1' but not to Daudi transfectants that express a modified membrane IgE lacking M1'. In addition, M1'-specific antibody binds naturally expressed membrane IgE on the U266 myeloma cell line. M1'-specific antibody binds to membrane IgE Daudi cell transfectants with subnanomolar affinity.
