MVH antigen preparation to ELISA plates after coating with increasing concentrations of total membrane protein (ng/per well). Recombinant H protein was measured using MVH specific mAb (BH216. Ziegler et al. 1996 J. Gen. Virol. 77:24792489) an irrelevant mAb, a positive (HS6111 ) and a negative (HS3071 ) human measles immune serum (HS). Data are shown as net mO.D. measured after 1 hr.
