Recombinant Mouse Antibody (LA5) is capable of binding to VACV envelope protein D8, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells (CHO). Monoclonal antibody LA5 binds to the VACV envelope protein D8, a 32-kDa type 1 membrane protein, binds to cell surface chondroitin sulfate (CS) but not to HS.
