Recombinant Anti-EGFR & Anti-FcγRI Bispecific Antibody (Fab₂) is composed of the Fab of the anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRI. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can retarget of immune cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of colon and pancreatic cancers.
