SDS-PAGE analysis of TAB-470CQ in non-reduced (Lane 1) and reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result, different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.
The purity of TAB-470CQ was greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Pharmacokinetic: Lucatumumab serum levels were collected before dosing, at the end of the infusion, 2 h after the end of the infusion and 24, 48, 96 and 168 h after the start of the first and fourth infusions. Additional time points beyond 168 h were collected after the fourth infusion at 336, 504, 672 and 840 h and every other week thereafter as well as before and after the second and third infusions.
