CTLA-4 scaffold protein anti-Hamster Somatostatin receptor (CAT#: SCT-L063)
The CTLA-4 that bound somatostatin receptor was isolated from the library using phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, CTLA-4 variants were identified having affinities for somatostatin receptor as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
