PE-A*02:01/Human EMC7 (ALWGFFPVL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1088)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of EMC7-derived peptide of ALWGFFPVL covering 4-12 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

Many aspects of mEMC biology and molecular function remain to be studied.
