A*02:01/Human PLAC1 (SIDWFMVTV) MHC Pentamer

MHC pentamers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a MHC pentamer of peptide/MHC complex composed PLAC1-derived peptide of SIDWFMVTV sequence covering 31-39 and A*02:01 molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabelled or fluorescent labelled, such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. All products are available in 50, 150 and 500 tests.

- Antigen Introduction
- May play a role in placental development. Expressed in placenta. Localizes primarily to differentiated syncytiotrophoblast throughout gestation as well as to a small population of villous cytotrophoblasts. Also detected in maternal blood and rapidly disappears following delivery, but is not detected in other adult or fetal tissues examined. Up-regulated during trophoblast differentiation and by FGF7 in trophoblast cells.
