This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes 2-AAF. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used in DB hydridization, PCR, SB.
Figure 1 Binding specificity of the recombinant scFv–PhoAv conjugate determined by ELISA.
Microtiter plates were coated with unlabeled (▲) or AAF-labeled (●) SSS-DNA. (A) Conventional two-step procedure using the anti-AAF monoclonal antibody. Absorbance values were read after 10 min enzyme reaction. (B) One-step procedure using the anti-AAF scFv-PhoAv conjugate. Absorbance values were read after 20 min enzyme reaction. The coefficient of variation ranged from 1.5% to 5.5% for the Mab and from 0.3% to 2.4% for the scFv-PhoAv conjugate.
