Human Anti-ADGRL3 Recombinant Antibody (clone LK30)
CAT#: VS-0724-FY27
This is a human antibody that binds to ADGRL3. Clone LK30 binds to the Lec domain of ADGRL3 with an affinity of 7 nM. LK30 binds to full-length ADGRL3 and ADGRL1 expressed on cell surface expressed receptors with high affinity of 131 nM and 147 nM, respectively. SRE signaling assays show that LK30 acts as an agonist of ADGRL3.
