The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-BMP15 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat BMP15. BMP15, a ligand in the TGF-beta superfamily, influences oocyte maturation and follicular development, forming homo- and heterodimers for granulosa cell activation, with defects causing ovarian dysgenesis. The anti-BMP15 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
