Bombesin serves as a tumor marker for small cell lung carcinoma, gastric, pancreatic cancers, and neuroblastoma. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Bombesin Antibody (VS-0125-YC440), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Bombesin. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Bombesin conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Bombesin drug concentrations in various samples.
