The PTM™ Rabbit Anti-CD247 (pTyr142) Recombinant Antibody is a post-translational modification (PTM) antibody specific for the phosphorylated CD247 (Tyr142) of human. The phosphorylation at tyrosine 142 (Tyr142) of CD247 is essential for recruiting ZAP-70 to the TCR complex, thereby amplifying and propagating the T cell signaling cascade. The anti-CD247 (pTyr142) antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
