Anti-CD274 Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, IgG (BMS-936559)-IL15/IL15Rα (CAT#: VS-0624-FY101)
BMS-936559 is a high-affinity, fully humanized, PD-L1-specific monoclonal antibody that inhibits the binding of PD-L1 to PD-1 and CD80. Long-acting forms of the cytokine interleukin (IL)-15 and fusion protein complexes consisting of a mutant form of IL-15, in which asparagine at amino acid 72 (N72D) is replaced by aspartic acid (IL-15N72D), complexed with the soluble IL-15 receptor alpha (IL-15 Ralpha; IL-15Ra) Fc domain (IL-15Ra-sFc) (IL-15N72D/IL-15Ra-sFc), have potential antitumor activity.
