Anti-CD274 Antibody-Cytokine Fusion Protein, IgG (BMS-936559)-IL7 (CAT#: VS-0624-FY102)
BMS-936559 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-L1 on pancreatic tumor cells, preventing it from binding to the receptor PD-1, thereby creating an anti-tumor immune environment in vitro. This is a fusion molecule in which a PD-L1 inhibitor is fused to a human IL-7 protein or a fragment thereof via a peptide linker. The fusion molecule may exhibits a synergistic anti-tumor effect for research.
